>From the decals and the 2nd or 3rd tier Campy components, I'd say this is a decidedly lower model Torpado, probably late 60's or early 70's. In my opinion this bike is maybe only a little more collectible than a Peugeot UO-8. As I have too many bikes already, I probably wouldn't buy this at any price, certainly not $399. As to $1500, I wonder what this guy was smoking.
