i saw none of this. and, is stating your point "this way" really that helpful?

i read that he found the earlier threads that garnered many posts to be tedious. fair enough. two of the three folks that replied to him asked what he'd like to discuss. those are good odds. if he had not yet taken the initiative to start a thread, telling folks to taper an existing one and then being asked about his own interests is a pretty good way to get him intergrated into the flow. i read some chat about this thread or that thread "taking over" the board, as if the volume was too high. hey - it's not like a phone where yo'd get a busy signal. there is room for several threads to exist concurrently. no? yes?
