I'll second that. He made a set for my Merckx frame, and now is making two more sets for a couple of my other bikes. He's an artist.

Hi All, A friend of mine, Chuck Johnston, is making custom ferrules for cable ends. See the link below to a mock up eBay sale for them. Besides being just a beautiful little piece of machinery, they are a great problem solver also. On 2 of my bikes using bar-con shifters, the cable connection to the cable stops on the down tube were very sloppy, resulting in a floppy cable. No one wants a floppy cable do they? Chuck made some ferrules for me which fit very tight into the stops, making for a very positive connection. No more flop. The ferrule he made for my Super Record rear derailleur is equally impressive. These are available with 1, 2 or 3 grooves with various color choices, or just plain with no grooves or color.
These are a great finishing touch for that custom frame.
