Charles,

If you'd asked me to characterize a Richard Sachs frame - I'd have never thought of the word feminine. Straight forward, clean, focused, refined, purposeful.... not feminine.

I love the work of frame builders like Sachs with the wonderful thin edge lugs however I also like a lug with a thicker edge. To be it states it purpose in a very masculine way. A thin edge is to me a more feminism approach. Like golf to football. Finest to brute strength. I own both types and love both approaches. Just my opinion Charles Nighbor, Architect Walnut Creek, CA
