Mark, I've got the Gene Portuesi's 4th Edition from 1961, completely scanned into my computer, but there are no Dawes bikes shown. Seems the '61 catalogs aint old enough yet ... I'll check it in a few years ;) ...

I just bid on a 1968 8th edition of Cyclo-pedia.
I wonder if any lister has any older editions. I'm interested in one that covers time near 1953, the supposed year of a Dawes I own. It was originally purchased by Jimmy Doone, who was a friend of Gene P.'s, and I would love to find a catalogue listing of the bike. Photo copy even.
