Two days ago I reported of my problems with ebay seller bobbybianchi. A few of you said that you would contact his - supposed - girlfriend who owns the paypal account and her manager today.
I also wrote a message myself and tried to in a friendly and polite way give her an account of what had happened and forwarded all mail in the matter to her.
This proved very effective. As soon as lunchtime had passed I had an excuse, the shipping costs refunded and a promise of immediate shipping.
I also had a desperate message entitled PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO STOP!
She is very upset of having herself and her boss dragged into this and would have prefered me to contact them more privatly before (well I sent email upon email for two months with no answer..).
Nevertheless, I think it is enough for now.
I will report the outcome!
