Was it standard to have chromed steel seatposts on PX-10s c. 1965-75??
I ask because mine has a steel Simplex post, all quite proper and I think original. And others I've seen have the same. But why steel? When the French were SO weight conscious with pioneering applications of alloy and of course Delrin. Even the brakeshoe holders are alloy. Simplex made alloy posts of course, but what was standard to PXs?
