Not the same, but similar in that the main ingredient is latex.
Jevelot Tire Life also adds wetting agents, UV inhibitors, and preservatives.
I've been fine tuning the formula for the past 25+ years.
You can get a convenient 4 oz. bottle and brush from your LBS (who can order it from QBP).
