We had a policy at our shop; If the bar was drilled by the factory, and the distributor we bought from was big enough and we knew they had insurance to cover liability, then we sold the bar as factory OEM responsibility. We did not and would not take a chance on our customers well being. There were a few cases we heard of where guys broke bars with unhappy results. No Thanks. Make up your own mind, but be sure to have ID and blood type and next of kin on your person when riding. Ted Ernst Palos Verdes Estates, CA
