Subject: [CR]Universal 61 brake hoods needed for Cirque project bike

Greetings campers and Cirque project procrastinators

Subject header says most of it. Early 60s vintage bike project for the Cirque is unfortunately equipped with Universal 61 centerpull brakes & levers. Need hoods to really finish the bike up, and hide those nasty cheapy looking lever bodies. Rectangular cross-section body with very hard corners. NO barrel adjusters or obvious provisions for them on the levers. Not really sure what the appropriate hoods look like, but I need a decent pair, or reasonable substitute. Everything I've seen on ebay recently has a large hole in the top for barrel adjusters. Any assistance or leads would be appreciated. Yeah, I know, I'll find some AT the Cirque swap, but trying not to wait until then. Thanks Osborn Dreaming of clear pavement to ride on, while searching for my driveway in
