Of late I've noticed a tendency on Ebay, Craigslist & other sites for sellers to use the word "rare" when it comes to the item they are selling. This word has been misused often in recent years and seems more so of late. Just would like to get others thoughts on this, and what you qualify as rare. One individual advertized a model Hetchins from the 70s which is anything but rare, and was hoping to sell at a premium price. I know it's difficult to put an exact figure on rare, and ones idea of rare can differ from anothers.
