The tubs are so easy to use I would never go back to tins again. I have glue in stock at all times. Steven

Vittoria makes a 250gr. tin of tubular tire glue. Getting a shop to get it is another problem perhaps, I have 4 cans on order, the cost is reasonable, but perhaps I caught them off guard. The consumer tubes of the stuff seem to have less than they did in the past, another alternative is 3M fast-tak #8031, sworn by track riders for years here in the USA (note, #8001 is also called fast-tak but is not the same, it dries hard) 3M in no way says this is an approved application of the stuff. Only problem is that for a repair on the road, no or little retack. Perhaps here is a good use of the Tufo rim tape.

Wishing Clement Gutta, aka the red stuff was still in production.
