The bike in question appears to be a '75-78 PR-10L, which Jerry pegged correctly as the model just under the PX-10E. 531 main triangle, who knows what for the forks and stays, Simplex ends, etc. They ride reasonably well - I had one set up as a fixed-gear for a while with no complaints.
