Nick,

I have transmitted your question to a friend who has two NOS sets like yours . Now I have asked him about the presence in the box of the two small adjustement levers that are to adjust the calipers/gums distance to the rims...if this is what you are speaking about ,in his case anyway these levers are packaged into a small plastic bag that is included in the box.

Have I understod you good?
