I agree that this is almost certainly a 1973 as that is the only year with the Capella lugs that I have seen. The 1973 Internationals have them too although they are chromed. I had a 1973 Competition as a kid. It was outfitted with the aforementioned 3-arm TA crank and Huret Jubilee derailleurs. I can't remember what bottom bracket with which is was equipped but am fairly sure it wasn't Zeus. The Zeus-equipped Competitions were somewhat earlier, late-60's very early-70's.

I have a blue 1972 Pro with the fancy lugs. Strangely the 1972 catalog does not list the blue color, only the brown, and the fancy lugs are shown on the 1973 Pro Track.
