Huret made mounting hardware for both French type (unthreaded) and Italian (threaded) dropout hangers. Most non-French builders used a threaded dropout and just speced the proper threaded mounting hardware from Huret. I think the chances that this Raleigh has an unthreaded dropout are slim to none, but if it does it can be readily tapped to standard 10x1mm threading to accept a threaded mounting bolt (actually Campy is 10x26tpi but 10x1mm works -- good luck finding a 10x26tpi tap).
