The chap who claimed the best frames built were from the London Area is suffering from a rare disease only affecting the southern part of England a type of Magnum Dementia. If the truth be told, and I will, the best frames could ONLY be built in Manchester due to the 12 month rainy season, which has the perfect humidity for silver brazing.
