Hi, all--

I believe the basis of this book appeared as an article in Bicycling magazine a year or so ago...showed "before" and "after" shots of Mike Magnuson. It was very interesting reading, and, without saying more, may serve as "inspiration" for some of us who need to shed some ballast...

But I don't mean me. Not, not me. Uh, other guys, yeah...others...
