Here's another longshot: Anyone have an old set of TRACK bars in alloy? Diameter is 25.4 mm, but smaller is okay, as I can use shims.

A cheap generic track bar with no engraving near stem area is fine. Otherwise, I could use an old Amborsio or other 50s marque.
