What's the best way to go about changing out the cage on a NR front derailleur? It all looks pretty straightforward except for the pin on the upper pivot. I was going to file down one side of the pin a bit and knock it out with a drift. Then hopefully re-use it, swedging the filed side once in place. Is this the proper way to go about it? Any tips or tricks from you old time wrenchs would be appreciated.
