Hello Steven

Are your lugs like these 1950 HOB Blue Riband Frame no H02783 if so you're on a winner!. Its strange really as the Hobbs catalogues copies show very few illustrations of their frames.A variety lugs are mentioned in their specifications on a range of models. For example 1.Malleable cast lugs specially lightened and hand cut to spear point design. 2. Hand cut triple pointed lugwork. 3.Hand cut continental style lugs.4. Malleable cast lugs cut to continental design. 5. Malleable cast lugs to continental design. So depending on which model you purchased one of these mysterious lug designs would apply. Whether a purchaser had a choice to which lugs they required or took the frame on offer as specified I would'nt know. Maybe a list member could throw some light on the subject!
