Nope. If you bought the post new and it came with the allen bolt, maybe it was an anomaly or switched by someone. However, there are lots of S-Rec posts floating around out there with allen fixing bolts. It was a very common "upgrade" at the time. I have heard that some of the last generation posts came equipped with an allen bolt, but don't think I've ever actually seen one in the box. The fully polished post (the one in the center in my pic) is definitely the last one. The first generation (on the right) is the most uncommon. The second generation (on the left) is the most common.
