Evening Folks,
I'm being forced to liquidate much of my cycling possessions, so here is one which may be of interest to some: 1982 Claud Butler 'Olympic Road' (Holdsworth built I believe?) - 22 1/2" (c-t); 22 1/4" (top tube); Relaxed/Touring Oriented Geometry: 72o seat tube; 71.5o head tube. Reynolds 531 (plain guage) w/lamp boss on the right fork leg.
Many NEW parts, including: Wheelset: MA-40's; Suntour Cyclone Hubs; DT 14/15 spokes (3x); Tires (Conti Ultra Sport: 700x25); Derailleurs: Cyclone GT (rear); Cyclone MK-II (front); Shifters (Suntour 6 speed w/friction option); Brakes: Weinmann 999 (Mod 750) & Levers (levers feature "micro" adjust"); Freewheel (Suntour 14x26); Chain (D.I.D.); Saddle: Brooks Conquest; Seat Post: SR (two bolt design - Campagnolo NR "Clone"); Chainrings: 50x34; BB: Sugino; Cables, tape, toe straps are also new.
The following are used, but in very nice condition: Headset: Suntour; Crankset: Sugino AT (170mm arms.110 bcd); Pedals: Sugino Aero Mighty; Bars/Stem: GB (Rando bars - engraved).
Loads of clearance for much larger tires and/or fenders.
There are two (2) water bottle bosses and a Silca Impero (color matched) pump is included. I think this is a pretty nice bicycle which needs nothing!! It is set-up as a wide range double, but could be made into a triple with little difficulty. Pictures are available.
$650.00 (shipped - Continental U.S.)
Cheers,
