As someone for whom these nominal 64cm (actually 62cm) frames are on the small side (I prefer a genuine 65 cm center to center seat tube), I have the exact opposite impression! I wait for ages for a single Masi, Confente or Wizard anywhere close to my size while watching quite a few smaller ones go by and when a fame I maybe, sort of could fit on shows up the bidding is always fierce! I'd bid on the Confente being offered at the Cirque except it's just over the edge too small at only 60 to 61 cm ctc -- sigh.

"Where have all the big frames gone? Long time passing. Where have all the big frames gone. Long time ago..." (With apologies to Pete Seeger).

David -- just call me long legs -- White

>Nice-looking bike. Why is it, though, that it seems like 75% of the old Masis, Confentes, Wizards, etc. are always huge frame sizes like 62-65 cm (the ones that show up for sale, at least)? It seems to happen way more frequently than for almost any other brand that appears regularly on eBay or elsewhere. I mean, I'm tall, about 95th Percentile American male, but they are almost always too big for me! Did mostly giants buy these bikes when new? Something in the water out there in CA?
