My esteemed colleagues,
Its time to put up your hands and show support if San Jose is "OK" for our 06 location. If we dont have 50+ hands show, within 1 week, we dont have a show. If you are commited to the show, i NEED to know about it. If we dont reach 50 hands within 1 week, the show is scrapped and we all move on with our lives without a show. I cannot give you "more time to decide" as the hotel and expo hall wont extend their deadline. Lets face it, its a simple matter of business for them...either they rent that time slot to us, or they rent it to someone else...i NEED to know if you are committed to displaying. My guess is that booths will run about 400 for a 10x10. Dont quote me on that number, this is just a guestimation. The hotel is offering 59 a room per night and a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport. The expo hall is 2 miles away and accessible from light rail/Bart. the tracks are 150 yards away from the hotel.
Let me know ASAP if i can count on your displaying.
