I'll bet the Cinelli tandem at Kopp's was one used by Allen Bell (member of '56 & '60 Olympic track cycling team). I know he rode a track tandem with Bob Binetti in the Olympic trials for '64 and Allen always rode Cinelli and was also close with Fred Kuhn (Kopp's proprietor at that time) when I knew him.
