I would have to agree with Ken. It would be worth more parted out than sold intact. I didn't think it had been re-sprayed until Ken pointed out the fork crown. The frame is definitely 1976 or earlier based upon the fastback seat cluster. The decals, if contemporaneous, indicate post-1972. My 1972 Pro has a bolt-on bottom bracket cable guide. This one has a braze-on. I'm not sure when this feature was introduced.
