When I lived in Denver I bought a classic Masi. I had it gone over, cold-set, and aligned at Schwab Cycles. I think they're in Lakewood.

If you're in Chicago, you're probably familiar with Turin Cycles in Evanston. There's also a Turin in Denver, and I'd expect they are also classic-friendly if you get the right mechanic.

For a friend, can someone email me off-list to let me know if there are any vintage lightweight friendly bike shops in Denver. I am sending a Colnago out to a friend and she will probably need a little help putting it together and making sure it is set up properly.
Thanks,
