As most of the list is aware, I've promised plans to start a new event in the Midwest and had hoped to start off the event this year, but between moving to Wisconsin in October of 04 and all that is involved with our transition the plans for a show in 2005 have been cancelled, but we are going forward with plans for 2006 which will "definitely" take place. After a rather long search for a site, plans are going forward for what we hope will be a permanant event on your yearly calendar.
The new event will be held in the lovely small town of Waterford, Wisconsin. Further plans will be announced at a later date, but the event will be held over a two or three day period with a few rides planned, seminars, and a large swap and show on Sunday. I'm working with the Town Manager of Waterford in the planning of this event, and Richard Schwinn of Waterford Precision Cycles will be involved in the grass roots efforts.
