Rob,

I didn't go because of the royalty attending but it certainly added texture to the gathering. In retrospect, the fact that framebuilders were present and accessible made the event much greater for me.

For those that attended the Cirque, to what degree was it important for you that current framebuilders were on hand? Would you say this is a reason you attended? Would you have been able to meet anyone in this category otherwise? Has this raised the chances that you would order a frame or get a restoration done after meeting a framebuilder or restorer?
