I have also been delinquent but have details on the parade ride this Saturday in NYC to align with the film festival. Here are the details. All are welcome, the organizer also told me that they look forward to unusual bikes, riders and the like.

5th Annual Bicycle Film Festival Bike Parade Route

Begins Saturday, May 14th at 1p.m. at Madison Square Park

More Than 1000 Cyclists Expected to Participate

The 5th Annual Bicycle Film Festival Bicycle Parade will take place on Saturday, May 14th at at 1p.m. at Madison Square Park (cyclists should assemble on Madison Ave., just north of 23rd St.) and proceed as follows:

Crosstown West on 23rd St. South on 9th Ave. East on 14th St. South on 7th Ave. Southeast on Greenwich Ave. North on 6th Ave. East on 14th St. South on Broadway East on Spring North on Lafayette East on St. Marks Place/8th St South on Ave. A West on 7th St. South on 2nd Ave East on 2nd St. End at Anthology Film Archives (32 E. 2nd St., between 1st + 2nd Aves)

2nd Street will be closed between 1st Ave. + 2nd Ave. for the street festival (2p.m.-5p.m.), which will feature BMX demos and Bike Polo sponsored by Track Star.
