I'm with Ray on this. I think you're heading into *very* dangerous territory with the kind of pressures you're talking about.

I would urge anyone not to do this. Even if someone tried it and it succeeded, the fact remains that all you need is one tiny slip up and, depending on the failure mode, you've got:

a) a bomb. b) a projectile c) a cutting blade (Ray was dead on when he talked about the cutting ability of high pressure hydraulics.

Living with a dent is a lot easier than living with the damage possible if this fails. Seriously, someone could get killed. Decorate the dent. Celebrate the dent. Whatever. Just don't get hurt trying to fix it.
