Dear John, I've been able to save Campy crank arms that looked like this by using brass shim stock from my local hobbyshop (K & S brand) IIRC. Start with a piece of paper and make a one piece pattern of the 4 sides of the spindle then cut out a piece of shim stock the same shape-bend and trim to fit on the spindle and install the crank. You will need to check and retighten the first 20 or so miles. I have never used anything but the thinnest stock and have had no problems over many miles.
