Clarification, please -- when you say "present," you do really mean KOF framebuilders, don't you? (If not, we'll pretend Dale didn't see and folks here can start add a few names to the prior posting off-list.) I do believe the prior lists excluded KOFs like Steve Rex in Sacto and Don Walker prior to his Texas emigration. Don's on the CR list and should be able to confirm if he did road/track bikes in steel & lugs while working from Sacto.
