I think if one were to obtain the Bianchi (Specialissima?) ridden to victory by Fausto Coppi in the 1949 TDF, he or she may be able to ride right up along next to what any of us consider "the holy grail."

After reading all of the responses and debate, I am in agreement that their really is no "holy grail;" we are all different.
