Subject: [CR]What to do with an 1880-90s bike?

Hello, I just bought a bike at an estate sale and have been searching for anything to do with it. Make, year, price, rare/common? It has wooden rims, the bike rolls decently but I'm afraid to sit on it because for all I know it has been hanging in a garage for 90 years. My original plan was to restore it to what it was like new and ride it on occasion. I've asked on other forums and have been told not to mess with it because that would take down the value. I was referred to classic rendezvous as a good place to figure out this bike. Here's a link to photos.
