My International, which I believe to be a '72, or maybe '71, has a decal I've not seen elsewhere, says "Reynolds 531 Butted Frame Tubes." The word "Butted" runs horizontally across the front of the "531."

The bike does, in fact have Reynolds forks and stays, including the rather rare "rapid taper" round chainstays. There used to be decals on the fork blades, but they have not survived.
