Well thanks to george allen I picked up a pretty raleigh international frame and fork. I also had a 73 competition frame I was planning on restoring but that has been shelved because I found a nice comp frame. There are schwinn shows every once in a while here in the chicago area and I try to go because usually I can find some roadbike stuff amongst the krates and balloon tire bikes. Well there was a show this past sunday and there before me was a beautiful raleigh competition with all sorts of ugly parts on it. It had a cheap shimano crank on it with a 58 tooth chainring, mountain bike bars and shifers, suntour ar rear derailleur and other unmentionable things. The price was 120.00, I told him I didn't want most of the parts on it, the price came down to 60.00. For that price I got a beautiful frame and fork, very nice paint, all decals intact (I'd rate it a 8.5 or 9) 1 original caliper, original TA BB, huret jubilee front derailleur, huret cable guide, and the original left crank arm. I didn't realize the crank arm was original until I got home, which made me kick myself as I did not ask if he had any of the other original parts.

Anyway, I'm looking for parts for my two new projects.

For the international: campy NR headset, brooks pro saddle

For the competition: jubilee rear derailleur and shifters, TA 3 arm crankset right arm with rings only or whole set, black carlton hoods or hoods with levers, brooks b-17 saddle, preferably a clincher wheelset with luxe competition hubs.

I stuff to trade, still have the NOS black universal super 68 brakeset with black levers. NOS mod 61 calipers. some nice universal dural side pull calipers, I do have levers for these, one hood is in great shape the other is dried out. I also have the 73 competition frame fork and headset I was originally going to restore. It's a 22 1/2 inch frame, needs new paint. Let me know what else you need and I'll let you know if I have it. Also willing to purchase parts

thanks
