The Paris Tour de France is from an old friend to the CR list---wish he were back with us--but his ride times are improving! sam lingo, pleasanton tx

They were called special ends and were made by them right up until the death of CB's in 1957. Interesting items on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=69825&item=6535033321&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW Paris Tour de france as sold by Condors in Grays Inn Road in the 70's and 80's. Usual excellent Condor quality and possibly made by Jack Jones or Tom Board both ex Paris/Rensch builders. Mr. Board also built for Monty Young of Condors. This seller has some other interesting bits especially the ultra lightweight Huret testers mech widly used in the 70's and 80's. Wonderful Ephgrave with track ends but the forks to me are not very road path and such a plain front fork crown for a frame of outstanding quality and pedigree. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=420&item=6535445218&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW Oil up!
