I believe that's identical to my Windsor Carrera Sport boat anchor, colors, stripes and all, even the crown. Same FD, but crank and RD (XTR M900?) look to have been substituted. The giveaway would be the kickstand mounting plate, very proper if you use a kickstand. Mine came from a bikeshop dumpster, looks nice but geometry is steeper than 74 and the bike is very heavy, with no tubing stickers.
