I'm not sure what kind of pedals are on the bike either. The only marking I see is "501" on the body not the cage. They look lyotard. They are uncomfortable though.

The bike was bought at Turin. They're now in evanston and I might go up there and see if anyone remembers anything about these bikes. I went to another local shop, Robert's on north clark stree in rogers park but no luck. The current owners bought the shop in the late 70's and the only version of the RRA they dealt with was the late 70's gas pipe model. The original owner's name of my bike was Rob Thomas.
