Wasn't the Avocet crank made by Ofmega?

Very nice information exchange...This is my first post here, so be kind.

I was rooting around in a local bike shop the other day and found a triple avocet right crank arm. I have all of the various pieces to put this together, save the spacers and screws for the little chainring. I cannot find any information about the original construction of this on the web; does anyone know what the size of the spacers and screws should be for the third chainring?

Thanks in advance;
