I am Hon Lee of Stockton, CA offering a used Williams crankset that is nearly complete, but blest with a spare, new spindle. What's missing is one dust cap and one tightening bolt and the fixed cup. It is in very good to excellent condition, and one spindle is new. For folks unfamiliar with this crankset, it features a splined spindle with a corresponding multipoint hole in the crank arms.
