Eugene & list,

I don't know the year of introduction of A'me hoods, but I have '84 and '85 catalogs from Nashbar that have these hoods for sale at $4.95 per pair. I suspect that they may be on the edge of acceptability for the CR list. Too bad that Tullio, who died the year before (the REAL reason for the cutoff date for the CR list, I suspect) didn't make his brake hoods from the same (but less colorful) material.
