Subject: [CR]WTK Tyre preservation and Columbus wording

I have added a nice mid to late 50s Campy equipped lightweight to my stable. The tubulars are early 60s in absolutely unridden condition, the moulding seam totally intact - what is the best way to preserve the rubber - aside from obviously staying clear of solvents and sunlight. I have other tubulars from the 80s that are 'marginal' in their integrity but are unique in their labelling which I also want to preserve. I am calling upon the collective experience of the CR list to help me on this one. Also - the foil Columbus decal - 60s vintage - what are the tiny words which follow the bottom of the curved line under the Columbus logo? Mine has worn off.
