I cannot comment because at A&S Cycles (1972-3), Carolina Pedal Shop (73-75) and Toga becoming cycles de ORO (75 on) I rarely sold a Pogliaghi as there was never a consistent wholesaler/ importer source to buy Pogliaghis in the USA. Seemed like many came straight from Italy or erratically through varied importers in small batches.
