Can you tell me what year(s) these great schwinns were made? If I were looking for one, how would I identify the correct year(s)? Is there a serial # on the BB? I always knew there were some really good ones out there, I just didn't know the age & models.

Thanks

Jack, Thank you, thank you, thank you. It seems I'm OBSESSED by underrated bikes. I've owned 3 Super Sports, a Sports Tourer, and a '78 Superior. After I sold the S.T., I regretted it for 10 years before I found the Superior. For hard riding on Western PA rail trails, there is nothing better, minimal gearing - no mountain or hybrid required! The Super Sport is converted to fixed gear and for the road, my underrated Austro Daimler Vent Noir works just fine!
