Subject: [CR]FS Var frame tools

This is my last try; if nobody wants this stuff it'll have to keep gathering dust:

1). VAR ³32² Head-Tube Reaming/Facing Tool. Comes with two Facing cutters, two 30mm reams (Campagnolo/I.S.O.) and one 29.8mm ream (Japanese Industrial Standard).

Also comes with a short extension for use on smaller frames¹ shorter head tubes, and to convert this tool into a BB Facer.

2). Two VAR Crown Race Tools: One 33A/25.4 (for 1² steerers), and a 966 (for 1 1/8² steerers).

There are FIVE cutters for the 33A/25.4: two 26.4/26.5mm (for Campag.), and one each of 26.5/27.1, 26.5/27.2, and 26.6/27.1mm (mix of I.S.O. and J.I.S.). There is one cutter for the 966 tool holder, for 1 1/8² steerers.

3). VAR 380 Bottom Bracket Facing Tool. Comes with one Facer.

4). Four VAR Italian (36x24) B/B Taps (no pilot/holders).

I removed the original tool handles ages ago and substituted a large screwdriver (not included) as a handle instead, so I could fit the tools in a compact travelling case.

Comes with original receipts.

All in Very Good to Excellent condition. $600 US takes everything (sold complete, as a package only; it's too time-consuming to ship bits and pieces). Mechanics, check your catalogues; this is a fraction of what these tools are worth.

You pay shipping. If you¹re interested in these tools, please enclose a postal code in your reply so I can calculate postage and inform you of the total. Total shipping weight is 8 kilograms/17.6 lb. Wire transfers to my account for immediate shipping, or money orders ONLY please, in US funds or the current Canadian equivalent. If I ship to the US, I will mark the package as ³returned borrowed tools² or ³gift².

List members ³AdamK², Chuck Schlesinger, and Neale Greene have all purchased from me in the past; they can provide a reference for my reliability, if need be.

Email Paul Woloshansky @ <bikwalla@telus.net> for a JPEG of everything.

Added Note: I will take a Park Pro bench-mount repair stand as a partial trade.
