Aside from color, it looks exactly like my wife's which I know to be an '84, so I'd say that's a solid bet. My '82 has a completely different graphics package, and there are other differences as well -- such as top-of-BB cable guides and clamp-on front derailleur on the '82.
It looks like a very nice bike... BUT the seller mentions the frame has been re-aligned, which is enough to scare me away. Though I suspect it was just to spread the dropout spacing from 126 to 130. (My wife's '84 has 126 spacing). The seller states Peter Weigle did the realignment, so perhaps Peter can comment...
