1) inflation is difficult to maintain, unless they have butyl tubes they'll always tend to deflate with time, don't worry about keeping them inflated "per se"...just store them where they won't get knocked around or bumped or abraded 2) NO ARMOURALL! NO GOOP of any sort! NO NOTHING 3) Low humidity, DARK COOL (my fave is an armoir in a basement) NO AIR CIRCULATION 4) U/V, heat, friction, dirt, ANY light (not just U/V) keep them in a container that prevents air circulation if folded, use wheel covers if mounted on wheels. I have two identical pairs of 180gr track tires that are close to 20 years old, the set that had the goofy coolstop tire covers look great, the ones that were uncovered the black rubber tread has crackled. Sigh.
f.w.i.w. I am a firm believer in controlling the air circulation and heat above all else. I have tires that have been in the same box for 10-15-20 years and they always come out with "that new tire smell." I have clement setas and clement 50's that were still bundled in groups of 5 that still smell like fresh rubber even after 33 years! I also have vittoria setas that were cared for in the same way that are nearly as old but are rotten. So....your mileage may vary
